A 5-day independent assessment of your cloud costs. You share your architecture and spend data, we deliver a report with a clear recommendation: stay, optimise, go hybrid, or exit.
Blueprint
If the Platform Fit Verdict reveals significant savings potential, we design the target architecture. Migration sequence, risk mitigation, cost projections, and a skills gap analysis for your team.
Execution
Hands-on implementation. Infrastructure-as-code, phased workload migration, performance validation, rollback procedures, and knowledge transfer so your team owns the result.

The Platform Fit Verdict is designed to stand alone. Most clients start there and decide what to do next based on the findings. There's no lock-in, no retainer required, and no pressure to continue. Each phase delivers a complete, useful output.
Ongoing support
After execution, some clients want ongoing cost monitoring and optimisation. We offer a monthly retainer that includes anomaly detection, quarterly reviews, vendor negotiation support, and architecture advisory on demand. It's optional — many clients prefer to manage things independently after knowledge transfer.
